Returns and Refund Policy

At Zero Grocery, we maintain a hassle free return and refund policy for our customers. Here’s everything you need to know,

Our Refund Policy

  • Products which are faulty on arrival and non-repairable.
  • Products which are lost in deliveries
  • Refunds of a product which are purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. For example in case of bundle or buy 1 get 1 free offers, you may have to return all the products.
  • Refund process will be initiated only after the quality check of the product. This procedure takes 4-5 days followed by 2 business days to issue the refund.
  • We will refund the delivery charge also only if the product received is faulty or damaged and you return all products of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some products then we shall retain the balance of the delivery charge that applies to the products you keep.

Grocery Return Policy

  • For Perishable Goods (vegetables, fresh food, oils, flowers, outdoor plants) – Within 24 Hours
  • For Non-Perishable Goods(Pooja items) – Upto 7 Days
